Objective: To analyze the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on education and health university students. Methods: Cross-sectional study, carried out with 163 students from different courses, between May December 2022, in São Paulo, Brazil. Google Forms was used to capture information related academic dynamics during pandemic. Results: The majority were women field, studying their third year college. 53.1% considered online classes be bad or terrible, but only 43.6% thought about giving up studies period. Most participants spent five nine hours a day front screens, 57.7% said they experienced drop performance. Students had problems sleeping (58.2%, p<0.001), increased moments stress, fatigue, depression, anxiety (76.7%, felt hopeless (71.7%, p< 0.001), showed changes weight period (75.4%, p<0.001). Conclusion: negative impacts those investigated, both health, especially mental health. It is necessary encourage multimodal curricula programs that quality life spaces.

The well-being of married individuals is shaped by various psychological factors, among which vulnerability, hopelessness, and distress play critical roles. This study investigates how vulnerability impacts through the mediating effects hopelessness distress. sample comprised 522 aged 23 to 67 (M = 36.70, SD 10.77). Data were collected using Psychological Vulnerability Scale, Patient Health Questionnaire-4, Beck Hopelessness Mental Continuum Short Form. Pearson Correlation analysis was employed examine relationships between variables, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used test significance direct indirect assessed bootstrap method. revealed significant correlations variables. SEM results indicated that positively significantly predicted distress, while negatively well-being. Additionally, serial mediation in relationship found be significant. These findings suggest can adversely affect may contribute valuable insights literature offers practical implications for couple family counseling.
