ABSTRACT This paper examines the prevalence and comorbidity of complex post‐traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) borderline personality (BPD) among individuals with probable disorder, using baseline data from Structured Psychological Support clinical trial. The characteristics functioning participants are summarised compared between those meeting criteria for BPD, CPTSD, both or neither condition. Among 292 participants, 97% reported significant trauma exposure, over half met CPTSD. Those CPTSD exhibited higher levels social dysfunction depression despite groups showing elevated emotion dysregulation anxiety. Comorbidity BPD was high, 50% sample conditions. <b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Pathological narcissism (PN) can be defined as the compromised and fluctuating ability to regulate self-esteem, latter depending on external validation, admiration, or enhancement, all resulting in grandiose (e.g., self-enhancement, aggressiveness, manipulation) vulnerable depression, anxiety, self-criticism, avoidance) dysfunctional reactions when confronting with self-esteem threats. A link has been suggested between PN emotion dysregulation (ED), but date, no systematic review conducted. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> We conducted a of literature published until February 2024 studying association (with without diagnosis narcissistic personality disorder) ED, divided two domains: regulation difficulties strategies. <b><i>Results:</i></b> Twenty-two studies were included our analysis. Altogether, available data are insufficient conclude non-clinical population (notably due different patterns associations scale used assess narcissism). La gestion des difficultés pour les personnes souffrant d'un trouble déficit de l'attention avec ou sans hyperactivité (TDAH) est une tâche complexe qui va au-delà l'application la pharmacothérapie seule.
