Introduction/Purpose In the radiology department, where advanced technologies and multidisciplinary collaboration are crucial, establishing a strong safety culture is particularly challenging. The present cross-sectional study examines challenges of in radiology, focusing on how Saudi trainees perceive respond to unprofessional conduct. It evaluates their willingness voice concerns influencing factors, including workplace culture, potential patient risks, demographics. Methods surveyed residents interns at two tertiary hospitals using validated questionnaire. A non-probability total population purposive sampling method was employed. Descriptive statistics, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test were used analyze differences speak up across demographic groups. Results Participants felt encouraged by colleagues address behavior, with over 70% 56% respectively agreeing. Residents demonstrated significantly greater support for raising about conduct compared (mean rank = 47.58 vs . 33.91, p 0.009). Furthermore, expressed stronger belief that speaking leads meaningful changes 46.24 35.36, 0.033) reported observing others addressing these issues more frequently 46.98 34.56, 0.015). Trainees from different exhibited varied perceptions regarding behavior KAMC 54.53 KSMC 33.04, < 0.0001), perceived impact 50.50 35.41, 0.004), frequency being addressed 55.28 32.60, 0.0001). Radiology vigilant unintentional breaches sterile technique, often nurses (66.7%). Conclusion clinical environment supports but less so proactive. Promoting open communication requires leadership education, multifaceted strategies, alternative channels concerns, future research assess track cultural attitudes. findings highlight need cultivate supportive settings, trainee involvement can enhance professional lays groundwork interventions strengthen professionalism among medical Arabia.
