Background: Sleep is a biological process that essential for life. quality refers to an individual's overall satisfaction with their sleep experience, encompassing factors such as ease of falling asleep, ability stay total duration, and the sense refreshment upon waking. Undergraduate medical students frequently struggle good-quality sleep. Poor negatively impacts academic performance, behavioural issues, emotional bad status, also increases risk alcohol, smoking habits psychiatric disorders. Objective: This study aims assess find out its influencing among undergraduate students. Methods: An observational survey was carried at C.U. Shah Medical College, Surendranagar, India between 1st June 31st August 2024 Study participants were selected using convenient sampling technique consent final sample size 300. Data collected by pre-tested, semi-structured questionnaire comprised Pittsburgh Quality Index (PSQI) scale, sociodemographic profile habitual practices through Google form. analysed help SPSS version 26 (IBM Corp., Armonk, NY, USA).
