Studies have demonstrated that women experienced greater challenges, highlighting the importance public systems to address women's specific needs. Methods This literature review explores effects coronavirus pandemic psychological distress among women, aiming provide comprehensive understanding subject and explore how these research findings can guide care responses in crisis settings. Son yaşadığımız 6 Şubat 2023 Kahramanmaraş Pazarcık ve Elbistan Merkezli depremler toplamda 11 ili etkilemiştir. Şiddetli hissedilen depremlerin, yoğun fiziksel yıkımla birlikte duygusal yönden de önemli sorunlara yol açtığı tahmin edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, deprem sonrası yetişkin bireylerin depresyon düzeylerini cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi yaş aralıklarına göre incelemektir. araştırmaya Türkiye’de yaşayan toplam 458 birey katılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu oluşturan 326’sı kadın (%71.2), 132’si (%28.8) erkektir. Google-formlar üzerinden hazırlanan anket formu çalışma grubuna kartopu örnekleme yöntemiyle ulaştırılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin normallik varsayımı için çarpıklık basıklık değerleri incelenmiştir. Ardından bulgular bağımsız örneklemler t testi varyans analizi kullanılarak Sonuçlar, düzeyleri cinsiyete farklılık göstermiştir. Kadınların erkeklere daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Bir diğer bulgu sonucunda ise 18-35 arası puan ortalaması 36 üzeri bireylerden olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca üniversite mezunu puanlarının ilkokul lise anlamlı olarak saptanmıştır. çalışmadaki bulguların, doğal afetlerin uzun vadeli ruh sağlığı sonuçlarına ilişkin mevcut bilgilere katkıda bulunması beklenmektedir.

Since the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, insomnia has become one of longer COVID-19 symptoms. This study aimed to investigate among survivors and explore occurrence influencing factors insomnia. A cross-sectional was performed from December 2022 February 2023 through an online questionnaire star survey with 8 questions. The severity index scale (ISI) used assess Univariate analysis analyze related infection. total 564 participants (183 males 381 females) were surveyed in present study. prevalence 63.12%. Among these patients, there 202 (35.82%) sub-threshold symptoms, 116 (20.57%) moderate 38 (6.74%) severe indicated that statistically significant differences different ages, occupations, educational levels ( P < .05). Of 356 185 (51.97%) did not take any measures against insomnia, while those who took drugs only, physical exercise exercise, other 90 (25.28%), 42 (11.80%), 17 (4.78%), 22 (6.18%), respectively. Additionally, 107 patients drug therapy, (15.89%) estazolam, 16 (14.95%) alprazolam, 39 (36.45%) zopiclone, 35 (32.71%) improve symptoms remains high China. Education level occupation may be factors. Unfortunately, most do corresponding treatment measures.
