Introduction: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), coronavirus disease (COVID-19) had become global concern as public health emergency.Cases are increasing alarming rate.WHO also reported that prognosis of COVID-19 remains mostly unknown.Aim: This study aimed assess risk perceptions for Covid-19 among individuals with chronic diseases pre-post COVID -19 Vaccination Announcement.Research design: exploratory comparative research design was employed achieve objectives.Setting: The conducted at cardiac and diabetic outpatient clinics Alexandria Main University Hospital, Egypt.Subjects: included random sample 80 adult patients from both genders diagnosed cardiovascular disorders, Diabetes Meletus, or both, who admitted above-mentioned settings were in study.Tools: two tools used data collection; tool I-Patient Demographic characteristics clinical data, II-perception 19 risk.Results: this shows highest percentage studied high perception vaccination announcement.Also results revealed more than half agree such statement " If individual receive vaccine, he leaves precautionary measures live a normal life" pre -post announcement.Conclusion: concluded announcement while all post announcement.Recommendations: Replication on large probability sampling is require.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted travel behaviours due to the need for movement restrictions. restrictions adversely affected various aspects of health and economy. This study aimed investigate factors affecting trip frequency during recovery period in Malaysia. An online national cross-sectional survey was conducted collect data conjunction with different restriction policies. questionnaire includes socio-demographics, experience COVID-19, risk perception on several activities pandemic. Mann Whitney U determine whether there were statistically significant differences between socio-demographic respondents first second surveys. Background:The Indonesian Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) is a government program that aims to improve the health outcomes of patients with chronic diseases, including hypertension.This preliminary study aimed evaluate impacts coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on hypertension in rural areas who were enrolled PROLANIS. Material/Methods:This used data from 4 PROLANIS groups East Java province.The collected participants' 6-month evaluations at 3 time points: before COVID-19 December (T0), during June 2020 (T1), and (T2).Evaluated parameters body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic (DBP), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipid (LDL), high-density (HDL), triglyceride (TG), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Results:There 91 included analyses.Compared T0, BMI, pressure, eGFR, TC had significantly deteriorated T1, but LDL, HDL, TG showed no marked changes.At T2, DBP, similar T0.On other hand, SBP eGFR did not improve, while HDL deteriorated.Stratified based age, worsening TC, LDL T1 T2 was only observed those aged 60 years older. Conclusions:This negatively impacted pandemic, elderly being most affected.

Introduction: In line with the increasing number of COVID-19 cases from July to early August 2022, this paper aimed analyze perception among Indonesians. Methods: A cross-sectional online study on risk was conducted in first week 2022. questionnaire adapted ECOM (Effective Communication Outbreak Management for Europe) distributed through social media obtain information about respondents’ knowledge, behavior, and perceptions COVID-19. Results: There were 775 respondents. Most them female (61.3%), lived eight most targeted areas (84.1%), unmarried (52.5%), held a bachelor’s degree (38.5%), Muslims (80.8%). The percentages respondents who had been infected (43.8%). participants believed that their knowledge level disease average above (>91%). Of respondents, 83.6% perceived seriousness as serious very serious. However, anxiety these moderate (slightly quite anxious). This indicates even though still see disease, fear is decreasing.
