Introduction: The novel coronavirus disease 2019 continues to spread widely, not only causing physical disorders in patients but also impairing mental health, bringing a heavy burden on global public health. This study aimed evaluate the anxiety and depression status of infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) omicron variant Shanghai. Methods/design: retrospectively analyze 2000 SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant. Data from assessed demographic information, depressive symptoms were collected using questionnaire. Clinical laboratory data electronic medical system. Anxiety Self-Rating Scale, Generalized Disorder Patient Health Questionnaire. information indicators included age, sex, blood pressure, glucose, basic disease, time diagnosis onset, duration hospitalization, vaccination 2019, virus-negative conversion time. Exploring internationally educated nurses’ experiences from the lens of psychological capital: challenges and coping strategies DOI

Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore the lived experiences internationally educated nurses (IENs) in USA, focusing on challenges they faced and coping strategies used cope with those challenges, understand how IENs manage from lens psychological capital (PsyCap) development for their well-being, given increasing reliance addressing global nursing shortages. Design/methodology/approach authors a qualitative research design capture conducted semi-structured interviews 19 diverse backgrounds. analyzed narratives adjust US health-care system, using thematic analysis. Findings interviewed encountered significant such as having adapt cultural differences facing systemic barriers credentialing integration. Their included embracing hard work, reframing through gratitude seeking support ethnic peer networks. Those helped them stress adjusting new environment. Abstract This qualitative systematic review aims to comprehensively understand the experiences and perspectives of nurses infected with COVID‐19, addressing a significant gap in current literature. Following JBI meta‐synthesis approach, rigorous search was conducted across nine electronic databases references until January 16, 2023. Seventeen eligible studies underwent quality assessment using critical checklist. Data were synthesized standardized tools, ConQual tool evaluated confidence findings. Seven key findings emerged, providing valuable insights into emotional experiences, adaptation COVID‐19 challenges, influence support systems, coping strategies, posttraumatic growth perceptions, effects on professional identity career advancement. The highlight toll, adaptive implications for nurses. Moreover, they emphasize importance mechanisms, promoting nurses' well‐being resilience. These have practical targeted interventions mechanisms enhance improve healthcare outcomes.
