Abstract
This
qualitative
systematic
review
aims
to
comprehensively
understand
the
experiences
and
perspectives
of
nurses
infected
with
COVID‐19,
addressing
a
significant
gap
in
current
literature.
Following
JBI
meta‐synthesis
approach,
rigorous
search
was
conducted
across
nine
electronic
databases
references
until
January
16,
2023.
Seventeen
eligible
studies
underwent
quality
assessment
using
critical
checklist.
Data
were
synthesized
standardized
tools,
ConQual
tool
evaluated
confidence
findings.
Seven
key
findings
emerged,
providing
valuable
insights
into
emotional
experiences,
adaptation
COVID‐19
challenges,
influence
support
systems,
coping
strategies,
posttraumatic
growth
perceptions,
effects
on
professional
identity
career
advancement.
The
highlight

adaptive
implications
for
nurses.
Moreover,
they
emphasize
