Objective COVID-19 has negatively impacted mental health of adults globally with increased rates psychiatric comorbidities. However, network analysis studies to examine comorbidities and correlations between symptoms different disorders are uncommon in low-income countries. Abstract Public health crises can significantly impact the emotional well‐being of healthcare workers. Network analysis is a novel approach to exploring interactions between mental disorders at symptom level. This study aimed elucidate characteristics post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and insomnia symptoms network among frontline nurses under sudden public crisis. A cross‐sectional survey was conducted online 556 through convenience sampling in Hubei Province, China, from 21 February 2020, 10 March 2020. Symptoms PTSD, were assessed by Post‐Traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist (PCL‐5), Generalized Anxiety scale (GAD‐7), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ‐9) Insomnia Severity Index, respectively. Central (the most important symptoms, activation has strongest influence other nodes) bridge (nodes where deactivation prevent spreading one another) identified via centrality indices, stability examined using case‐dropping procedure.
