BACKGROUND Oral diabetes medications are important for glucose management in people with diabetes. Although there many health-related videos on Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok), the quality information and effects user comment attitudes unclear. OBJECTIVE The purpose this study was to analyze related oral medication Douyin. METHODS key phrase “oral medications” used search July 24, 2023, final samples included 138 videos. basic content comments were captured using Python. Each video assigned a sentiment category based predominant positive, neutral, or negative attitude, as analyzed Weiciyun website. Two independent raters assessed DISCERN (a tool assessing health quality) PEMAT-A/V (Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool Audiovisual Materials) instruments. RESULTS Doctors main source (136/138, 98.6%). overall acceptable (median 3, IQR 1). Videos showed relatively high understandability 75%, 16.6%) but poor actionability 66.7%, 48%). Most mechanism action (75/138, 54.3%), precautions (70/138, 50.7%), advantages (68/138, 49.3%), limited indications (19/138, 13.8%) contraindications (14/138, 10.1%). It found that 10.1% (14/138) contained misinformation, which 50% (7/14) about method administration. Regarding attitudes, majority garnered positive (81/138, 58.7%), followed by neutral (46/138, 33.3%) (11/138, 8%). Multinomial logistic regression revealed 2 factors influencing attitude: count (adjusted odds ratio [OR] 1.00, 95% CI 1.00-1.00; <i>P</i>=.02) treatment choices OR 1.49, 1.09-2.04; <i>P</i>=.01). CONCLUSIONS Despite most being posted doctors, generally some inaccuracies remain. Users show more toward high-quality choices. This suggests care providers should ensure accuracy content, enhance foster help users access accurate information, promote adherence.

TikTok has become a hub for easily accessible medical information. However, the quality and completeness of this information testicular cancer not been examined. Our study aims to assess on TikTok. A search was performed using terms “Testicular Cancer” “Testicle Cancer”. Inclusion criteria encompassed videos about in English. We excluded non-English videos, irrelevant without audio. evaluated these DISCERN instrument assessment. total 361 were considered screening 116 included. Of these, 57 created by healthcare professionals (HCPs). The median video length 40 s (5–277 s), with >25 million cumulative views 446,400 per video. average score 29.0 ± 5.7, HCPs providing higher-quality than non-HCPs (30.8 vs. 5.5, p < 0.05). also had more reliable (21.2 18.1, Overall levels mostly poor or very (97.4%), none being good excellent. O Facebook se destaca como uma das redes sociais mais utilizadas no mundo sendo, inclusive, fonte de informação sobre saúde, apesar estudos identificaram problemas na qualidade desse conteúdo, o que pode levar os usuários a tomarem decisões equivocados produtos podem causar danos MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution). objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar as principais publicações ligassem uso do um possível tratamento para Transtorno Espectro Autista. Dos 100 primeiros links recuperados, foram analisados da referente aos aspectos técnico, interatividade, acurácia e legibilidade com comparação antes depois veiculação reportagem em rede nacional tema. A maior parte dos eram jornal (34,85%) ou blogs (33,33%), não indicavam (90,91%) haviam sido publicados após (56,06%). No entanto, pontuação média indicou regular, maioria considerada ruim (43,93%) aspecto boa interatividade (89,59%) regular (59,09%) (57,57%). Com isso, torna-se necessário controle fiscalização daquilo é veiculado nas sociais, Facebook, pensando impacto negativo essas informações baixa trazer saúde seus usuários.
