Abstract This study aimed to explore the interconnections among quality-of-life, sleep quality, and academic self-efficacy as loads of researches have indicated a correlation between these elements, suggesting that they are intricately linked. The current investigation delved into reciprocal relationships concepts, examining their bidirectional correlations with 410 students (Female = 267, Male 143), (M 22.04, SD 3.367), findings an interrelationship self-efficacy, quality university students. results revealed continuous positive significant relationship all sub-categories life ( r .396, p < .01) which is novel result in field. This study investigates the prevalence of mobile phone addiction among medical students and its relationship with depression, anxiety, sleep quality. The was conducted at Mashhad University Medical Sciences from 2019 to 2021, it included four different levels training. Participants were selected using a stratified random sampling method. All subjects completed Mobile Phone Addiction Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Beck Depression Inventory, Anxiety Inventory through online electronic self-report questionnaires. Overall, 355 in study, 203 (57.2%) being female. Mild severe reported by 83.7 2.5% students, respectively. Furthermore, study’s findings revealed significantly higher quality disorder, anxiety scores compared other participants ( P < 0.001, = 0.007, respectively). Although prevalent, rare students.
