Abstract
Trauma‐informed
care
has
emerged
as
a
prominent
strategy

Background

ABSTRACT
Background:
Workplace
violence
(WPV)
among
healthcare
workers
(HCWs)
poses
a
significant
burden
globally.
Various
studies

estimated
the
prevalence
and
characteristics

WPV,

few

impact

health

BACKGROUND:
