Health literacy has always been considered as an important factor to promote people's health, but does it have a significant effect on health across all social strata and especially lower strata? This study aims analyze the influences of outcomes different strata, then infer whether improving can reduce disparities among strata.Utilizing monitoring data from city in Zhejiang Province 2020, samples are divided into three according socioeconomic status score: low, middle high stratum, compare there differences between population with higher strata. In differences, control confounding factors further verify influence outcomes.In low literacy, when considering two types (chronic diseases self-rated health), this difference is not significant. Results Overall, mean score 88.7 ± 10.4 (range: 58–105). Using quartile scale, 92 (23.9%) participants had low (health < 82), 190 (49.3%) average 82–98), remaining 103 (26.8%) 99–105). Statistical analysis revealed differences (p 0.05) demographic variables (education, job category, number daily service users, training related control) population. level (> 82 vs. ≤82) showed difference gender (male female, OR = 2.46, 95% CI 1.15–5.26), category (nurse practitioner caregiver, 7.25, 2.46–21.44), monthly hours 160 h 40–79 h, 0.044, 0.07–0.97), experience caring confirmed patients (yes no, 0.13, 0.02–0.98), control 2.8, 1.52–5.15).
