Introduction This study investigates the relationship between positive health behaviors, physical activity, and well-being among 2,620 Filipino tertiary students, highlighting their enduring significance beyond pandemic. While conducted in a post-quarantine context, emphasis on broader role of behaviors supporting student well-being, particularly amid academic pressures, mental challenges, sedentary lifestyles an increasingly digital world, upholds relevance study. Methods Informed by PERMAH model incorporating emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, achievement investigation employed multiple regression analysis to assess impact demographic variables, activity levels, overall well-being. The predictor variables included nutrition, relaxation, preventive with as outcome variable. Results Findings revealed that covariates moderately explained 30% total variability post-pandemic Positive significantly predicted components accomplishment, scores. However, no significant associations were found relationship, exercise Conclusion results highlight potential shaping address ongoing academic, health, lifestyle challenges education. underscores need for holistic, evidence-based interventions integrating into support systems. causality cannot be inferred, findings assert value comprehensive initiatives fostering resilience Future research is recommended explore interplay cognition, mood, promote healthier campus environments, develop targeted stress management improvement settings.

Background. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI), an intermediate stage between normal aging and dementia, has emerged as a prominent research area in geriatric care due to its heightened propensity for progressing toward dementia. Sleep plays pivotal role function, with dyssomnias not only exacerbating affective symptoms associated neurodegenerative diseases but also contributing disease progression. Aim. This bibliometric analysis investigates the global on MCI over past two decades, aiming discern key findings, domains, emerging trends this field. Methods. In study, was conducted using search terms “MCI” “sleep”. Data were extracted from Web of Science Core Collection database, visualization collaborative performed CiteSpace VOSviewer. Abstract Exercise interventions are nowadays considered as effective add-on treatments in people with schizophrenia but usually associated high dropout rates. Therefore, the present study investigated potential predictors of adherence from a large multicenter study, encompassing two types exercise training, conducted over 6-month period individuals schizophrenia. First, we examined role multiple participants’ characteristics, including levels functioning, symptom severity, cognitive performance, quality life, and physical fitness. Second, used K -means clustering to identify clinical subgroups participants that potentially exhibited superior adherence. Last, explored if could be predicted on individual level using Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Ridge Regression. We found higher functioning at baseline were more likely adhere interventions, while other factors such life or fitness seemed less influential. Accordingly, high-functioning group low symptoms greater likelihood adhering compared severely ill group. Despite incorporating various algorithms, it was not possible predict level. These findings add understanding influence interventions. They underscore predictive importance daily indicating lack association between severity Future research should focus developing targeted strategies improve adherence, particularly for who suffer impairments functioning. Subjective well-being (SWB) is widely recognized as an important health outcome, but its complexity, myriad predictors, and analytic requirements pose significant challenges to identifying the relative order impact of SWB determinants. This study involved a representative sample 37,991 older adults from 17 European countries Israel. An aggregate index was developed compared across countries, machine-learning algorithms were used rank-order strongest 50 (of initial 94) predictors 15 categories. General Additive Modeling (GAM) low-degree polynomials (i.e., splines) determine independent effect sizes significance levels for each these top-50 predictors. Of 18 included in this study, Denmark had highest mean SWB, while Greece lowest. The two top-ranked (loneliness, social activity satisfaction) factors, which also overall group ranking, followed by physical health, demographics, financial status personality. Self-reported health-related predictor, neuroticism personality women reported higher than men. decreased with age, increased income up 350,000 euros/year, after it declined. Social factors primary importance subjective research, childhood experiences healthcare exerted smallest effects. vast majority top statistically significant, notable exceptions body mass most behaviors, may indirectly through their effects on health.
