The
purpose
of
the
current
work
was
to
identify
levels
frailty,
spiritual
orientation,
and
death
anxiety
relationship
between
them
in
older
adults
with
chronic
illness.
This
descriptive,
cross-sectional,
correlational
study
conducted
221
participants.
Of
participants,
43.9%
were
frail.
Considering
correlation
scales,
a
positive
moderate
significant
identified
FRAIL
Scale
Death
Anxiety
Scale.
In
contrast,
negative
revealed
Spiritual
Orientation
Scale,
When
mediator
variable,
anxiety,
not
included
model,
total
effect
orientation
on
significant.
It
that
mediated
frailty.
Hence,
it
is
recommended
care
needs
be
evaluated
assessment
patients’
frailty
patient
care.
