Background
The
first
year
of
university
has
been
identified
as
a
period
adoption
unhealthy
lifestyle
behaviors.
However,
only
few
studies
have
addressed
the
extent
this
phenomenon
in
Latin
American
universities.

Abstract
Introduction:
