This study aimed to further understanding information sources, knowledge, practices predictors among community members in Ebonyi state, Nigeria during pandemic. Design Analytical cross-sectional survey. Setting participants We conducted survey all consenting/assenting aged 15 years above 28 randomly selected geographical clusters between 12 March 9 May 2022. Data were collected through structured, interviewer-administered questionnaire using KoBoCollect installed Android devices. Analysis Descriptive inferential statistical analyses done, including multivariate generalised estimating equations. Results 10 825 surveyed. The radio was most common individual source (used 71.9% participants), also main trusted for majority (46.1% 44.7%, respectively). followed family members/relatives/friends (61.8%) as next COVID-19. Health workers’ (previous) experiences perceptions regarding the pandemic vaccination/vaccination process will influence not only their subsequent use control measures but also experiences/perceptions. We explored vaccination perceptions, predictors, among workers in Ebonyi state, Nigeria. Methods conducted an online-offline analytical cross-sectional survey between March 12 May 9, 2022 all categories (clinical/non-clinical, public/private) working/living state who consented participate were selected by convenience/snowballing techniques. A structured electronic questionnaire was used collect data: self-administered via WhatsApp interviewer-administered KoBoCollect for participants did have WhatsApp. Data analysed using descriptive statistics bivariate/multivariate generalized linear models. Results Of 1276 surveyed: 55.8% had strong experience perception, 80.7% good expectation 87.7% positive perception. The most important predictors extent level place work (primary-secondary/tertiary), attitude towards (vaccination), knowledge about COVID-19. Another predictor (public/private). Purpose:The SARS-CoV-2 infection cases are increasing rapidly in neuro-intensive care units (neuro-ICUs) at the beginning of 2023 China. We aimed to characterize prevalence, risk factors, and prognosis critically ill patients treated neuro-ICUs.Materials Methods: In prospective, multicenter, observational registry study, with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), subarachnoid (SAH), traumatic brain injury (TBI) admitted eight Chinese neuro-ICUs between Feb 16, 2023, Apr 30, were enrolled for study.Mortality ICU stay day used as primary outcomes. Results: 131 finally included analyzed (mean age 60.36 years [SD 13.81], 64.12% male, 39.69% infected). The mortality is higher group without statistical signification (7.69% vs 5.06%, p>0.05).The length (LOS) was significantly longer among (7(1-12) 4(1-8), p<0.01), increased viral pneumonia occurrence (58.54% 7.32%, p<0.01).SARS-CoV-2 infection, surgery, low GCS scores independent factors prolonged LOS, respiratory/renal failure death. Conclusion:Based on present neuro-ICU cohort, a significant LOS neurocritically patients.
