Objetivo: Analisar o que há descrito na literatura científica, frente às ferramentas de educação em saúde, são aplicadas, junto gestantes, parturientes e / ou puérperas para favorecer a adesão permanência do aleitamento materno (AME). Material método: Trata-se um revisão integrativa da (RIL) realizada acordo com etapas metodológicas prática baseada evidências (PBE) proposta recomendações Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) partir 2017 até 30 junho 2024 tendo por marco inicial portaria ministerial nº 2.436/2017. A busca ocorreu no período setembro outubro 2024, nas bases dados: Public/PublishMedline (PUBMED), Base Dados Enfermagem (BDENF), Literatura Latino-Americana Caribe Ciências Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) Web of Science, via Portal Periódicos Coordenação Aperfeiçoamento Pessoal Nível Superior (CAPES) meio acesso à Comunidade Acadêmica Federada (CAFe) todos os pesquisadores. Resultados: Para redação final foram utilizados 18 artigos. análise crítica detalhada dos artigos, emergiram as seguintes categorias: Categoria - Aleitamento Materno (AM): (Des) Conhecimento práticas seguras B Tecnologias cuidado saúde centrada autocuidado puerperal. Considerações Finais: As tecnologias devem ser utilizadas pelos profissionais mulheres sua rede apoio, como manutenção ao AM durante todo manejo clínico assistência. Sugere-se capacitação manuseio adequado das auxiliar processo jamais substituir relacionamento humano fletido acolhimento individualizado humanizado.

Background/Objectives: There is extensive evidence that breastfeeding saves lives, improves health, and provides value to the economy societies worldwide. The Philippines Viet Nam have progressive policies enable breastfeeding, rates in these countries substantively improved. In Philippines, exclusive under six months (EBF) increased from 35.9% (2008) 60.1% (2021) and, Nam, just over a decade, EBF has more than doubled, 17.0% (2010) 45.4% (2021). We aimed use an synthesis consolidate learnings policy support identify insights improve future programming practices two countries, glean can potentially be adapted for similar contexts. Methods: This manuscript presents qualitative of seven purposively selected research articles Nam. Results: Since 1960s, notably improved protecting breastfeeding.
