Background: Telemedicine has emerged as a transformative solution in healthcare, offering improved accessibility and efficiency. However, its widespread adoption remains influenced by policy frameworks, digital infrastructure, financial sustainability. This study examines the role of innovation telemedicine implementation, assessing regulatory impact, technological readiness, reimbursement structures. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design with mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating quantitative surveys qualitative interviews. Data were collected from healthcare policymakers, administrators, physicians, technology developers across hospitals, clinics, service providers. Logistic regression chi-square tests conducted to analyze key predictors adoption, including support, policies. total 400 participants surveyed, 25 stakeholders interviewed adoption. Results: The findings indicate that institutions clear licensing regulations support exhibited significantly higher rates (OR = 2.15, p 0.004). Standardized policies positively (χ² 14.91, 0.008). Digital infrastructure broadband connectivity EHR interoperability, strongly associated increased utilization 2.31, 0.005). Major barriers included fragmentation, constraints, literacy gaps. Abstract Objective Internet addictive behaviors result from abnormal internet use, including neglecting responsibilities and experiencing anxiety when offline. This systematic review analyzes technology-based interventions addressing these behaviors, focusing on effectiveness user interaction. Methods A literature search was conducted across three digital libraries two high-impact journals, peer-reviewed articles published in Q1 or Q2 journals between January 2022 June 2024. Studies evaluating addiction interaction were included, while reviews, editorials, gray literature, studies without clear intervention descriptions excluded. The covered randomized controlled trials, comparative studies, wearables, mobile health apps. Five research questions addressed using 17 evaluation criteria. Data extraction answered the sub-questions. followed Barbara Kitchenham's guidelines, applying a rigorous selection quality assessment process. Primary inclusion verified Kappa coefficient for inter-rater agreement, article evaluated with established content adhered to PRISMA guidelines. In total, 11 included. Findings: found variability effectiveness, personalized, real-time feedback having greatest impact reducing screen time symptoms. Less effective lacked personalization. Conclusions study highlighted most commonly used their symptoms time, as well improving satisfaction treatment adherence. Health apps have increased in popularity as people increasingly follow the advice these provide to enhance physical and mental well-being. One key aspect of improving neurosensory health is identifying expressing emotions. Emotional intelligence crucial for maintaining enhancing social interactions. In this context, a preliminary closed-loop feedback system has been developed help project specific emotions by altering their facial expressions. This part research intervention aimed at therapeutic applications individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The proposed functions digital mirror, initially displaying an animated avatar's face predefined emotion. Users are then asked mimic expression. During process, custom emotion recognition model analyzes user's expressions provides on accuracy projection. A small experimental study involving 8 participants tested feasibility, avatars projecting six basic neutral results indicated positive correlation between projected identified participants. Participants effectively recognized emotions, 85.40% demonstrating system's potential well-being individuals. were also able given expression 46.67%.
