Few studies in the literature have related organisational well-being and temperament according to Cloninger’s bio-psycho-social model. This paper investigates relationship between dimensions of (NS; HA; RD) character (CO; SD; ST; P) Obstetrics Gynaecology personnel. Thirty-eight subjects, predominantly women (89.5%) aged 18 63 years, participated study (M=50.20 SD=9.81). The Temperament Character Inventory R. Cloninger et al. (1994) extended version C.I.V.I.T. questionnaire. Positive correlations emerged Self-Directedness positive perceptions context work negative job security discrimination. This review aimed to identify factors correlated with nurses’ job satisfaction, impact their satisfaction on both themselves and patients, explore strategies that might have counteracted dissatisfaction during pandemic. ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to characterize burnout in five different health professions (i.e., pharmacists, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and mental counselors) as well determine if moral distress, ethical stress, and/or climate predictive job satisfaction. ABSTRACT Aim Health professionals' attitudes towards suicidal patients may affect the quality of treatment and care provided. This study was conducted to investigate knowledge physicians nurses with ideation a history suicide attempts. Design A cross‐sectional research design used conduct this study. Methods total 421 were recruited. Data analyses performed using SPSS software version 23. sociodemographic questionnaire, Stigma Suicide Scale‐Short Form Literacy Scale questionnaires.
