The prevalence and contributing factors of mental health issues among workers in Vietnam during the early 2022 Omicron wave remain underexplored. This study investigated associated with anxiety stress a Vietnamese hospital this period. A cross-sectional study, conducted from February 28 to April 14, 2022, at Hanoi Medical University Hospital, assessed 754 frontline using DASS-21 questionnaire via Google survey. COVID-19, being the most terrible occurrence of 21st century, has profoundly affected physical and mental well-being healthcare workers (HCWs). Throughout this pandemic, HCWs have been at forefront, confronting numerous health problems. Our study aimed to identify major issues experienced by in Dhaka City, Bangladesh. Additionally, we uncover contributing factors that led their heightened stress. According purpose, cross-sectional was conducted from June 2021 February 2022 with different categories selected twelve hospitals exclusively designated for COVID-19 patients. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews using semi-structured questionnaires. A 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) used assess stress levels respondents. Among total 483 HCWs, 76.6% nurses, 19.9% doctors, 3.5% medical technologists. found prevalence positive cases among (nurses, technologists) 28.6%. Based on PSS, 93.2% low moderate stress, 6.8% reported high number sociodemographic, habitual, organizational, family respondents significant, PSS a 5% level significance p-value less than 0.05. However, variable ‘experience any negligence, torture, blaming/bullying/threat society’ insignificant HCWs. In brief, highlights faced amid emphasizing significant associated factors. Introduction: grassroots health workers are crucial in Vietnam's healthcare system. Based on social identity theory, this study aimed at evaluating the effect of perceived occupational prestige and self-stigma seeking help mental health issues (depression, stress, anxiety) among medical doctors. Abstract Frontline medical workers (FMWs) faced high stress levels in frontline clinics during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to alleviate FMWs’ psychological by enhancing protection measures, which includes refining selection process, improving protective measures for their work clinics, and determining appropriate time evacuation. A Chinese-language-version questionnaire, covering stress-related issues sociodemographic characteristics, was administered FMWs Shanghai pandemic 2022, yielding 107 valid responses. The questionnaire’s reliability validity were subsequently confirmed. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) applied questions, with KMO Bartlett’s test values of 0.886, 877.8522 (df = 120, p < 0.0001), respectively.
