Despite
well-established
evidence
supporting
vaccination
efficacy
in
reducing
morbidity
and
mortality
among
infants
children,
there
is
a
global
challenge
with
an
increasing
number
of
childhood
refusals.
This
issue
has
intensified,
especially

the
COVID-19
pandemic.
Our
study
aims
to
forecast
mandatory
refusal
trends
Kazakhstan
until
2030,
assessing
impact
mass
on
these
rates.
Utilizing
annual
official
statistical
data
from
2013
2022
provided
by
Ministry
Health
Kazakhstan,
reveals
significant
surge
refusals
pandemic
post-pandemic
periods,
reaching
record
levels
42,282
cases
2021
44,180
2022.
Notably,
rates
sharply
rose
specific
regions,
like
Aktobe
(13.9
times
increase)
Atyrau
(4.29
increase),
emphasizing
need
for
increased
public
healthcare
attention
areas.
However,
despite
decade
data,
our
forecasting
analysis
indicates
lack
volatility
vaccine
all
types
up
highlighting
significance
obtained
results.
