Objective China’s abrupt exit from the zero-COVID policy in late 2022 led to a rapid surge infections, overwhelming healthcare systems and exposing providers intensified psychological pressures. This sudden shift exacerbated pandemic-related issues, including fear, health anxiety, emotional processing difficulties. study aimed unravel relationships among pandemic cyberchondria, alexithymia following policy. Methods A multi-center cross-sectional survey was conducted 4088 nurses 43 public hospitals China. The web-based comprised Fear of COVID-19 Scale, Cyberchondria Severity Toronto Alexithymia Scale. Network analysis employed explore interconnections identify central components within these behavioral constructs. Results revealed dense network with predominantly positive connections. Specific aspects cyberchondria fear exhibited highest strength centrality, indicating their critical influence. externally oriented thinking dimension emerged as crucial bridge node, linking cyberchondria. structure demonstrated consistency across diverse educational backgrounds career stages. Background After the Chinese government announced end of dynamic zero-COVID policy on January 8, 2023, COVID-19 pandemic peaked. Frontline nursing staff are at high risk infection transmission due to their frequent contact with patients. In addition, ending China’s policy, frontline have grappled increased workload, fatigue, and more. This study aimed explore prevalence insomnia symptoms in its influencing factors following policy. Methods Between February this was conducted by Wenjuanxing platform survey a hospital Wuhu City, Anhui Province. All included had infection. The questionnaires Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS), PC-PTSD-5 Version Scale, Fear 2-item Connor-Davidson Resilience (CD-RISC-2) burden Scale. The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the general quality of life (GQOL) large number individuals, including those in academic environment. This study investigated GQOL sample 613 Romanian medicine students (81.57% were female; mean age = 21.40 ± 1.749 years) relation to their Big Five personality characteristics, Perceived Stress and Fear COVID-19. was conducted between June 2020 March 2022. These variables with Inventory-2: Extra-Short Form, Scale (FCV-19S), Scale-10 Satisfaction Life (SWLS). Statistical analysis included hierarchical linear regression t-tests. results indicated direct relationship traits Conscientiousness, Extraversion Agreeableness. However, inverse observed Neuroticism. significantly higher women, while no other socio-demographic associated GQOL.
