Emotional overeating (EO) is a complex behavior that involves consuming excessive food in response to emotions, presenting health risks due poor dietary choices. Research indicates notable prevalence of EO, especially among females, and its association with disordered eating behaviors like binge (BE). The rise online delivery (OFD) services has raised questions about their potential role exacerbating EO. This study aimed explore EO Italian workers students, assessing the influence various personal, socio-demographic, lifestyle factors, including OFD. secondary data analysis utilizing DELICIOUS survey data, conducted nationwide through social media platforms from July 12, 2022, February 1, 2023. Participants completed validated questionnaires, Questionnaire (EOQ-5). sample was stratified according worker/student status.
