Artificial intelligence and other digital health technologies may optimize nurses' work. Therefore, we aimed to examine the roles of nurses in facilitating adoption identify opportunities for these reduce burnout. We conducted a cross-sectional survey study focused on use artificial technology with nursing informaticists. Data collection was guided by implementation science framework, Non-Adoption, Abandonment, Scale-up, Spread, Sustainability. Participants were recruited electronically through professional informatics organizations. Survey data analyzed using basic descriptive statistics. Fifty-two participants from across United States completed survey. Telehealth (73%), patient portals (71%), medical-grade devices (69%) most frequently used, whereas used only 38%. Staffing shortages (88%), low staff retention (81%), inadequate support when adopting new (52%) among key drivers endorsed tasks as being supported health, especially assessment evaluating outcomes, intelligence. Engaging early process developing deploying intelligence, help address burnout producing more nursing-centered providing technology-enabled work alternatives bedside care.

Introduction Digital health has revolutionized the landscape of healthcare through personalized care, moving away from traditional approach treating symptoms and conditions. devices provide diagnostic accuracy treatment effectiveness while equipping patients with control over their well-being. Although growth technology provides unprecedented opportunities, there are also certain issues arising use such technology. This scoping review aimed to explore perceived gaps challenges in digital by meta-synthesize them. Identifying will encourage new insights understanding, leading evidence-informed policies practices. Methods Three electronic databases were searched (Cinahl EBSCO, Pubmed, Web Science) for papers published English between January 2010 December 2023. A narrative meta-synthesis was performed. The followed Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) 2009 checklist. Results total 345 retrieved screened, a noticeable increase publication numbers after 2015. After final selection, 28 included meta-synthesis; these 2015 99 individual reports synthesis papers, comprising 25 identified 74 challenges. Discussion Our revealed several related patients' health, including generational differences propensity deficiencies work process. In terms ethics, lack trust data ownership highlighted, identifying realm disruption human rights. We, therefore, propose building model ethically aligned development acceptance that considers rights crucial parameter ecosystem.
