Multiple linear regressions showed that quality (β = 2.116), sitting time (ST; β 0.451), vigorous PA (VPA; −0.005), computer use work/study 0.444) significantly associated overall health, DASSt (R2 0.358). quality, VPA also linked to depression 0.308), anxiety 0.275), stress 0.338). Computer additionally stress. Overall, poor increased work/study, alongside lower VPA, significant poorer outcomes. These findings highlight importance of PA, limiting behaviors, particularly lockdowns, mitigating issues among adults.
