Accurate assessment of sleep quality is crucial for understanding problems and their impact on health. This study analyzed the agreement between subjective assessments objective monitoring in adolescents with mood disorders, aiming to provide a reliable methodological foundation related research. Adolescents disorders were recruited from psychiatric outpatient clinics three domestic hospitals. A consensus diary an actigraph (activity tracker) used monitor 14 days. The differences measurements compared using Wilcoxon signed-rank test, while Bland-Altman plots intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC), described agreement. Spearman's rank assess correlation, mixed-effects models factors influencing measurements. Significant observed measures number awakenings after onset (NWAK), waking (WASO), total time (TST), wake-up (P<0.001); however, difference was not statistically significant (P=0.283). Subjective (ICC=0.821, r=0.838) r=0.836) demonstrated good correlation; TST showed moderate (ICC=0.640) (r=0.682); NWAK (ICC=0.210, r=0.276) WASO (ICC=0.358, r=0.365) exhibited poor correlation. In plots, most data points onset, time, uniformly distributed within 95% limits (LoA). increased higher average values. However, LoA all above indicators exceeded acceptable ranges corresponding indicators, indicating Baseline depression levels associated (β=0.034, P<0.05), (β=2.617, P<0.01), (β=1.454, scores (β=0.051, P<0.01). Considerable discrepancies remain diaries actigraphy tracker). Future research should further investigate refine measurement methods obtain more data.

Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) is a method of data collection that entails prompting individuals to report their experiences (e.g., thoughts, feelings, and behaviors) in real time over the course day-to-day lives. By providing rich information about how these unfold within an individual, EMA has potential substantially advance our understanding grief. However, there uncertainty bereaved adults will respond EMA, especially among those with high prolonged grief symptom severity. Accordingly, we evaluated feasibility acceptability protocol low Participants completed six 12-item surveys per day on smartphones for 17 days. Adherence was (mean survey completion = 90%, median 96%), only 6% participants withdrew. remained severity 86%; 96%). On average, reported agreement frequency length were acceptable. There no evidence systematic worsening symptoms during collection. Together, findings suggest feasible, acceptable, safe adults, including

Introduction Warning signs serve as proximal indicators of suicide risk, making early recognition imperative for effective prevention strategies. This study aimed to explore self-identified warning among Chinese patients with mood disorders based on safety planning framework. Methods Researchers collaborated develop a plan and compiled it. Word frequency network analysis were conducted identify key signs. Directed content categorized these into cognitive, emotional, behavioral, or physiological themes according the mode theory. Additionally, we examined potential variations in reported participants different demographic characteristics, including age, gender, history attempts. Results “Low mood” “crying” emerged prominent signs, “social withdrawal” closely following. Patients commonly emotional during suicidal crises, often experiencing two three simultaneously, primarily focusing themes. Males exhibited higher proportion concurrently reporting sign compared females ( P < 0.05), while no difference was observed other traits. Discussion offers nuanced understanding disorder China. The findings underscore necessity comprehensive risk management strategies, emphasizing interventions targeting regulation social support. These insights provide valuable information enhancing intervention efforts.
