The Russian invasion of Ukraine displaced over 14 million people. By 2024, around 6 Ukrainian refugees settled in Europe under the EU Temporary Protection Directive, providing permit residence, work and health care. This influx strained European healthcare systems, particularly addressing acute injuries. As stay countries prolongs, management chronic conditions becomes increasingly important. However, there is limited information available about refugees' access to various services. aim this study was evaluate perceived accessibility services for war identify barriers access, order inform improvements provision. A cross-sectional online survey conducted across from July 2023 April targeting adult refugees. Survey explored areas defined as key care needs. Descriptive, parametric non-parametric statistical analysis methods were employed data analysis. Of 659 respondents, 550 (83.4%) included final due having reported need use past year. most prevalent needs dental (82.9%), prescription medication (81.6%), (78.4%), (64.0%). Perceived varied services, with vaccinations rated highest, while condition lowest. Around ¼ respondents that they had temporarily return not where stayed, these being mostly gynaecologic long waiting times (64.2%), (55.5%), high service costs (49.1%). identified several system Ukrainians, Some may be subjective, relating information. others point potential shortcomings within national suggesting require further review improvement.
