Maternal immunization (MI) is an emerging strategy to combat infant mortality in low-income (LIC) and lower-middle income countries (LMIC). We conducted a systematic review identify the facilitators barriers MI strategies that improve uptake LICs LMICs. searched PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus for quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods studies published English from January 1, 2011, October 31, 2021, all Data was appraised using Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool. 55 were included. The major low knowledge concern of vaccine safety among pregnant women healthcare providers (HCP). HCP's recommendation, maternal knowledge, confidence ≥4 antenatal care (ANC) visits facilitated uptake. key encompassed health financing, reminders, intersectoral coordination, integration, community engagement, capacity building, education. Community-based delivery models effective. Tailored programs are needed ANC access, educate HCPs.
