There are thousands of pollution monitoring stations which recording the data 24×7, present research question is using this to solve bring out a relationship between natural ventilation and air conditioning. Recently, WHO reported that 14 top 15 most polluted cities in India. Every year there loss 6.2% global economy due pollution. The recent urban PM2.5 smog spread over whole north India covering about 50% country’s population. This event has been increasing use purifiers affecting building energy performance. Most (PM 10 PM 2.5) energy-intensive but not always equipped with sensors. In commercial buildings, operated based on publicly relayed information. pollutants infiltrate into buildings leaks, cracks, quality construction pressure differences. Since indoor levels less than outdoor levels, usage information leads overperformance hence wastage. Therefore, need for optimization sensitizing performance at level. study intends assess role airtightness purifier automation lessening purifiers’ electricity consumption areas. Transient simulation tools do account infiltrated directly. Virtually evaluating savings through building’s would be straightforward assessment. following paper uses EnergyPlus Energy Management System Class along monitored model simulate Business-as-usual (BAU) proposed Automation scenarios.
