Practical examples of studies integrating implementation science and the multiphase optimization strategy (MOST) framework are lacking. Floreciendo is a sexual reproductive health program for Latina teens their female caregivers, adapted from IMARA evidence-based program. We prepared delivering by developing an plan to support program's adoption sustainment. Drawing on community-based participatory research approach, we used qualitative methods explore logistics, determinants strategies, adoption, sustainability. positioned our study activities within preparation phases both MOST EPIS frameworks. conducted rapidly analyzed seven focus group discussions-one with (n = 9), one caregivers 6), four organizational staff 32), 6)-and key informant interviews. Participants described community organizations as preferred location workshops in offering "safe space." They recommended workshop delivery two days over separate weekends. Teens requested relatable, bilingual facilitators. Implementation barriers were raised (e.g. work conflicts) strategies address them provide stipends). Organizational was perceived likely since addresses clients' needs fits values. Recommendations sustainment included identifying funding opportunities specific each organization. Findings directly informed immediate plans optimize using principles long-term goals can strengthen framework.
