This paper examines the spatial and temporal evolution of global industrial robot trade network (GIRTN) from 2000 to 2023 using complex analysis, it systematically evaluates China’s position in GIRTN its evolutionary trend by combining node reciprocity, industry concentration index, Herfindahl–Hirschman betweenness centrality. The study shows that is characterized significant imbalance, a “small world”, weak reciprocity. Traditional countries such as Japan, Germany, France have dominated market for long time, accounting more than 80% share. However, imbalances been mitigated with rise emerging economies China, South Korea, Singapore. Despite increasing linkages, there are differences intensity. competitiveness significantly improved, demonstrated continued ranking total exports, improvement attractiveness quality products, diversification trading partners, optimization export structure. These changes indicate China has gained competitive advantages great potential development.

In recent years, novel technologies in smart healthcare systems have opened significant opportunities for diagnosis and treatment across various medical fields. Federated Learning (FL), a decentralized machine learning approach, trains shared models using local data from devices like wearables hospital without transferring sensitive information, offering promising solution to privacy challenges areas such as cancer prediction, COVID-19 detection, drug discovery, image processing. This literature survey reviews FL architectures (e.g., FedHealth, PerFit), applications, advancements, demonstrating their impact on through enhanced predictive patient care. Key findings include improved accuracy wearable-based diagnostics secure multi-institutional collaboration, though limitations persist. We also highlight open challenges, security risks, communication costs, heterogeneity, which require further research attention.
