In
recent
years,
novel
technologies
in
smart
healthcare
systems
have
opened
significant
opportunities
for
diagnosis
and
treatment
across
various
medical
fields.
Federated
Learning
(FL),
a
decentralized
machine
learning
approach,
trains
shared
models
using
local
data
from
devices
like
wearables
hospital
without
transferring
sensitive
information,
offering
promising
solution
to
privacy
challenges
areas
such
as
cancer
prediction,
COVID-19
detection,
drug
discovery,
image
processing.
This
literature
survey
reviews
FL
architectures
(e.g.,
FedHealth,
PerFit),
applications,
advancements,
demonstrating
their
impact
on
through
enhanced
predictive
patient
care.
Key
findings
include
improved
accuracy
wearable-based
diagnostics
secure
multi-institutional
collaboration,
though
limitations
persist.
We
also
highlight
open
challenges,
security
risks,
communication
costs,
heterogeneity,
which
require
further
research
attention.

This
paper
examines
the
spatial
and
temporal
evolution
of
global
industrial
robot
trade
network
(GIRTN)
from
2000
to
2023
using
complex
analysis,
it
systematically
evaluates
China’s
position
in
GIRTN
its
evolutionary
trend
by
combining
node
reciprocity,
industry
concentration
index,
Herfindahl–Hirschman
betweenness
centrality.
The
study
shows
that
is
characterized
significant
imbalance,
a
“small
world”,
weak
reciprocity.
Traditional
countries
such
as
Japan,
Germany,
France
have
dominated
market
for
long
time,
accounting
more
than
80%
share.
However,
imbalances
been
mitigated
with
rise
emerging
economies
China,
South
Korea,
Singapore.
Despite
increasing
linkages,
there
are
differences
intensity.
competitiveness
significantly
improved,
demonstrated
continued
ranking
total
exports,
improvement
attractiveness
quality
products,
diversification
trading
partners,
optimization
export
structure.
These
changes
indicate
China
has
gained
competitive
advantages

potential
development.
