To
identify
factors
contributing
to
the
long-term
sustainability
of
community-based
dance
programs
for
people
living
with
Parkinson's
disease
in
order
inform
design
and
development
sustainable
programs.
Multi-site
ethnographic
fieldwork
was
conducted
at
four
different
preexisting
disease.
Dancer,
facilitator,
community
stakeholder
perspectives
were
gathered
via
semi-structured
interviews
create
a
deeper
understanding
how
existing
navigate
challenges
maintain
stability.
Transcripts

notes
analyzed
reflexive
thematic
analysis.
Interviews
18
participants
(eight
dancers
disease,
seven
facilitators,
one
classroom
assistant,
two
stakeholders).

key
areas
supporting
program
identified:

Abstract
Background
The
challenge
of
implementing
evidence
into
routine
clinical
practice
is
well
recognised
and
implementation
science
offers
theories,
models
frameworks
to
promote
investigation
delivery
evidence-based
care.
Embedding
researchers
health
systems
a
novel
approach
ensuring
research
situated
in
day-to-day
dilemmas.
To
optimise
the
value
embedded
resources,
aim
this
study
was
investigate
stakeholders’
views
on
opportunities
for
cancer
setting
that
holds
potential
impact
objectives
were
to:
1)

stakeholder
theory
informed
organisation-level
priorities
2)
Identify
prioritise
test
case
pilot
project.
Methods
We
undertook
qualitative
using
semi-structured
interviews.
Participants
held
either
formal
leadership
role,
active
or
consumer
advocate
affiliated
with
specialist
hospital
alliance
ten
hospitals.
Interview
data
summarised
shared
participants
prior
undertaking
both
thematic
analysis,
identify
priority
areas
research,
content
projects.

people
