To identify factors contributing to the long-term sustainability of community-based dance programs for people living with Parkinson's disease in order inform design and development sustainable programs. Multi-site ethnographic fieldwork was conducted at four different preexisting disease. Dancer, facilitator, community stakeholder perspectives were gathered via semi-structured interviews create a deeper understanding how existing navigate challenges maintain stability. Transcripts field notes analyzed reflexive thematic analysis. Interviews 18 participants (eight dancers disease, seven facilitators, one classroom assistant, two stakeholders). Four key areas supporting program identified: (1) finding an organizational structure that works, (2) balancing funding, fundraisers, fees, (3) prioritizing dancer experience satisfaction, (4) recruiting retaining committed, high-quality facilitators. Abstract Background The challenge of implementing evidence into routine clinical practice is well recognised and implementation science offers theories, models frameworks to promote investigation delivery evidence-based care.
