As urban areas seek innovative solutions to enhance quality of life, integrating citizen participation in smart city projects has become increasingly important. Traditionally viewed as top-down initiatives, these can substantially benefit from incorporating feedback and active involvement addressing challenges effectively. This research addresses how the success projects. Specifically, it explores case Traffy Fondue Bangkok, a digital platform designed facilitate engagement officially reporting resolving issues. The study employed mixed-methods approach, including analyzing data collected semi-structured stakeholder interviews. interviews provided insights into stakeholders' perceptions factors, while analysis focused on identifying common platform's effectiveness them. results indicate that participation, facilitated through platform, significantly contributes enabled comprehensive collection issues, allowing for effective problem-solving enhanced operations.
