Background: The Israeli Mamanet Cachibol League (MCL) is a community-oriented athletic program serving mothers through non-competitive recreational sports participation. This study aimed to assess the effects of MCL on perceived health status, mental (happiness, depression, social capital), and healthy lifestyle behaviors (physical activity nutrition). Methods: an experimental with sample 231 women (174 in group 57 control). Participants completed questionnaires November 2023 (T1) then August 2024 (T2). questionnaire included questions sociodemographic characteristics, Results: At T1, participants reported better (higher subjective happiness capital lower depressive symptoms) than control group. Over time, participation led significant improvements (reductions depression increases capital). showed substantial behaviors, moderate effect sizes (effects size > 0.5) observed across these areas. Sociodemographic factors influenced outcomes, variations perception physical linked marital status education level. Conclusions: Participation was associated at baseline significantly improved over time compared also gains highlighting importance tailored interventions.
