Purpose:
This
paper
intends
to
contribute

Abstract
There
is
an
urgent
need
to
move
toward
more
sustainable
diets.
Although
this

Introduction
Despite

Summary
Plant‐Based
Milk
(PBM)
alternatives
have
been
a
hype
recently,
drawing
the
high
focus
of
investors,
developers,
and
researchers.
However,
despite
this
surge
in
interest,
market
size
potential
these
products
remain
unclear.
While
several
studies
explored
consumer
perspectives
on
alternatives,
variability
findings
remains
poorly
understood.

systematic
review
aims
to
investigate
perceptions
PBM
identify
factors
associated
with
higher
acceptance.

major
databases

Scopus

Science
