Sustainable transitions in food systems: a case study of an urban agriculture farming training program in Washington, United States

A transition toward more sustainable and just food system is necessary to address global greenhouse gas emissions inequitable access. Alternative networks have emerged as a solution counteract the adverse impacts of conventional systems. Lutter contre la précarité alimentaire dans les espaces ruraux : vers des pratiques en faveur de la démocratie alimentaire ? Le cas de la Creuse (France)

Cet article interroge dans quelle mesure les démarches de lutte contre la précarité alimentaire en milieu rural s’appuient sur démocratie pour répondre façon adaptée aux enjeux rurale.
