The outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) has led to coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19); a pandemic disease that resulted in devastating social, economic, morbidity and mortality burdens. This study investigated the antimicrobial and antioxidant activity of three Spirulina extracts (methanol, acetone, hexane) biological selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) fabricated by Bacillus subtilis AL43.
