противомикробных
свойствах
экстрактов
растений,
содержащих
полифенолы.Одним
из
способов
повышения
эффективности
выращивания
является
использование
растительных
кормовых
добавок
-сухих
яблочных
выжимок
(яблочного
жома)
с
высоким
содержанием
антиоксидантов,
что
позволит
снизить
химическую
нагрузку
на
организм
при
сохранении
экологической
безопасности
продукции.Таким
образом,
целью
нашей
работы
явилась
оценка
использования
яблочного
жома
в
продукционных
кормах
для
ценных
видов
рыб
-осетровых
и
тиляпии.Опыты
проводились
условиях
Инновационного
центра
«Биоаквапарк
-НТЦ
аквакультуры»
Астраханского
государственного
технического
университета.Учитывая
биологические
особенности
питания
теплолюбивых
рыб,

ABSTRACT

stress‐coping
ability
(SCA)
is
one
of
the
core
aspects

welfare
