The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect degraded polysaccharide Acanthopanax senticosus (ASPS-1) on immunological effects and appropriate dosage broiler chicks with a view developing new feed additive. For experimental design, 180 were randomly divided into six groups, ASPS-1 low, medium high dose undegraded (ASPS) low groups blank control group. drug administered for 21 consecutive days, growth data immune organ index factors recorded 7th, 14th 21st d. Analysis ASPS-1H proliferation Lactobacillus, Faecalibacterium, Negativibacillus, Eubacterium inhibited colonization Desulfovibrio Turicibacter, Negativibacillus associated development villi.
