The main aim of this study to isolate fungal pathogens from non-sterilized soils and Molecularly diagnosed know which fungi affected by solar sterilization,Study was made covering the soil with a black mulch june august (5)cm depth. Isolation after sterilization showed that Neoscytalidium dimidiatum, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Rhizopus Phoma, were isolation (0)% covered soil, while untreated (80,5,10,5)% respectively for same fungi., maximum temperature recorded (64.3) °C compared uncovered (42.6) °C, lowest (55) (39)°C, isolated examined phenotypically studying nature growth, colors, textures, edges colonies, hyphae. Then based on international classification keys (Sutton Dyko, 1989). when they matched results molecular diagnosis. analysis isolates belonged to: Alternaria alternata, Curvularia, Fusarium. culmorum. By comparing sequences nitrogenous bases NCBI except registered under numbers (OR026671.1), (OR755780.1), (OR828014.1). calculating percentage dissimilarity similarity between there genetic closeness fungi, dimidiatum Fusarium culmorum, at rate 0.12. In contrast, alternate Curvularia 0.06, divergence two groups 0.20.
