This research aims to compare the influence of digital transformation on academicians’ well-being two developing nations. A conceptual model has been created where three exogenous (independent) constructs have compared with endogenous (dependent) in India and Mexico. The impact ‘Digital Transformation Innovation’; Adversity’; Technological Issues’ assessed ‘Workplace Well-being’ ‘Adversity Psychological Well-being’. Six hundred seventy-seven responses, 375 from 302 Mexico, received used for data analysis. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) define constructs. Multigroup Analysis (MGA) tool PLS-SEM was implemented results both MGA explain significant difference Adversity (DTA)’ Well-being (WW)’ (APW)’.

The aim of this study is to examine the satisfaction level instructors teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) online at tertiary in Türkiye. mixed-method research design was used understand nature existing state. In quantitative part study, total 106 EFL were included while there 7 qualitative study. data obtained through “Online Instructor Satisfaction Measure (OISM)”, and an interview form consisting 8 open-ended questions. Descriptive statistics analysis content employed for data. overall with found be moderate level. findings revealed that identified various personal system-related factors facilitated their interaction students learning environment. On other hand, they stated student-to-student limited teaching, which poses challenge instructors. Additionally, assessment one challenges well internet loss, lack interaction. They also provided flexibility wide range resources saving time. This highlighted importance evaluating enhancing practices ensure instructors' satisfaction.

The COVID-19 lockdown has had serious consequences, including rethinking higher education. study aims to enhance the knowledge base of online education and academic integrity through a case Ludovika University Public Service (LUPS), Budapest, Hungary. research aimed assess teachers’ experience with distance learning examinations, change in workload, digital competencies, Moodle, Turnitin, other software used during after lockdown. This paper summarizes university-level policy changes induced lockdown, covering introduction emergency teaching examinations at university. Two years first researchers made survey (n = 145) about continuation introduced solutions. results show that remarkable reordering started while technical technological backgrounds were available for changes. teachers could feel significant increase workload have low trust maintaining standards integrity. However, shows moderate levels competencies majority teachers, which clearly defines most crucial task leading success.
