Personality traits have been highlighted as factors that affect workers’ behaviour, such their performance or labour engagement. However, little is currently known about the personality differences between Latin American university students who perform self-employment activities, those are dependent workers and nonworkers. This research fills this knowledge gap by assessing influence of 758 from America on employment status. In addition, effect gender age cohort students’ status assessed. A logistic regression analysis conducted using Big Six model, belonging to millennial generation independent variables has conducted.
