El presente artículo de revisión literaria, se elaboró a partir información artículos científicos extraídos repositorios confiables, cuyo objetivo fue analizar la situación del clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral en las empresas públicas latinoamericanas 2023. La muestra obtuvo cincuenta científicos, treinta los cuales representan un 60% total que están español, veinte 40 % inglés. estudio es contribuir comunidad científica haciéndoles saber cómo han desarrollado dos variables últimos años cuán importantes son para organizaciones actualidad. Azerbaijan's dynamic and diverse retail landscape is driving an escalating demand for motivated personnel, both locally globally, to address sustainable development requirements. In competitive demanding environments, the success of organizations can rely on confident, skilled, motivated, informed employees meet challenging business demands inclusive growth. As edge continues expand, there a heightened need effective employer-employee interactions strategic human capital navigate intricate organizational hurdles. The targeted population this study included current employees, semi-structured in-depth interviews with 15 participants from different service were conducted. Hence, research addresses crucial gap in leadership literature by examining interplay between destructive employees' psychological empowerment, encompassing dimensions like meaningfulness, self-determination, competence, impact. Employing qualitative phenomenological approach, delves into real-life experiences within Azerbaijani sector. concludes that significantly hamper resulting negative impacts their work role orientation, engagement, productivity, commitment.
