With the decisive results of poverty alleviation in China, figuring out how to consolidate and transform them into driving force rural revitalization is an important adjustment for high-quality development. The efficiency policy implementation as well sustainable development areas are both reflected households’ satisfaction with ex-suit relocation. Based on survey data collected from 293 households County M, Sichuan Province, this paper selects 23 indicators post-relocation support policies livelihood capital, political trust, participation, public service perception. On basis, we use multinomial logistic model analyze impact each influencing factor policy’s degree households. show that relocated upper-middle. Among capital households, proportion non-agricultural income, cultivated land area, infrastructure conditions, number family workers, civil servants all factors positively affect satisfaction. Her ülkenin kendi dinamiklerine göre yürüttüğü sürecinde Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkeleri arasında farklılıklar söz konusudur. Komisyonu 2030 yılına kadar dönüşümünün sağlanması konusunda ortaya koyduğu politika ve stratejiler doğrultusunda ülkelerin gelişimini teşvik etmektedir. Bu çalışma, 2016-2022 yılları AB üyesi E-devlet belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden olan TOPSİS ile değerlendirip karşılaştırma yapmak amacı hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında ülkelerinin gelişimleri; BM Gelişmişlik Endeksi, E-Katılım Eurostat bireylerin web siteleri aracılığı gerçekleştirdikleri faaliyetleri Dünya Bankasının internet kullanımına ilişkin istatistikleri olmak üzere dört kriter değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları; Finlandiya, Danimarka İsveç Kuzey gelişimi açısından yüksek performansı sergilediğini; Romanya, Bulgaristan Polonya bazı ise sıralamalarının oldukça düşük olduğunu göstermiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, dönüşümün kaçınılmaz her geçen yeni gelişmeleri yönetimlerine adapte ettiği günümüzde, AB’nin ülkeler arasındaki dengesizlikleri gidermek için dijitalleşme politikalarını yeniden gözden geçirmesi performans gösteren ülkelere yönelik destek stratejileri artırması gerektiğini açıkça koymaktadır.
