This
chapter
explores
the
potential
contributing
role
of
simulation
tools
to
finance
school
students'
performance
within
Greek
higher
education.
By
applying
a
qualitative
research
method,
this
study
examines
perspectives
and
experiences
12
professors
on
introduction
into
respective
learning
processes.
Findings
indicated
that
simulations
increase
student
engagement
enhance
real-life
scenarios
problem-based
but
also
revealed
lack
resources
supporting
mechanisms
negatively
affecting
their
seamless
adoption.
Additionally,
it
highlighted
emerging
need
for
training
teaching
personnel
respectively
while
underscoring
oftentimes
content
certain
curricula
appears
not
being
compatible
with
notion
games.
