Purpose Community college institutions (ICES) experienced a transition movement during the pandemic, with expansion of teleworking in area education. Purpose The recent workplace dynamics era allowed many organizations to adopt the hybrid working model. However, despite growing relevance of telework for diverse outcomes, few studies have explored work. Therefore, this research was based on role theory and job demands-resources model develop a conceptual arguing that work may potentially influence employees’ life harmony mental health through decreases in work–family conflict. This study aimed to analyze the adaptations in corporate governance practices of a Brazilian support foundation, context crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Support foundations act as pillars for research and innovation, ensuring continuity strategic activities teaching, research, outreach. adopted Value-Focused Thinking (VFT) methodology identify organization’s core values objectives, assessing their influence on decision making. Through application VFT method, decision-making alternatives were structured based sessions conducted with foundation’s employees.
