The rising global demand for medicinal cannabis necessitates the optimization of cultivation, harvesting, and extraction techniques to maximize cannabinoid yield purity. This study investigates Foi Thong Phu Pha Yon strain under controlled environmental conditions, evaluating effects temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, light exposure on plant growth biosynthesis. A total 170 seeds were germinated, with an 85% germination success rate, various strategies, including soil composition, nutrient application, irrigation methods, tested determine most effective approach. research findings indicate that vegetative was optimal at 27 °C, 70% 1200 ppm while flowering required a reduced temperature (22 °C), lower humidity (50%), elevated levels (1900 ppm) enhance production prevent disease. Furthermore, harvest timing significantly influenced CBD yield, peak content observed when 80% trichomes cloudy white. Over two growing cycles, this produced 43,200 g fresh buds, resulting in 7560 dried buds. process, utilizing dynamic maceration 95% ethanol, followed by winterization chromatography, yielded 2343.60 extract, 589.68 CBD, average purity 86.599%. Advanced such as flash chromatography distillation further refined isolate, ensuring pharmaceutical-grade quality. These highlight effectiveness precise control, strategic advanced methodologies optimizing production. provides valuable insights agricultural researchers, policymakers, pharmaceutical industry, supporting sustainable cultivation practices improved product quality expanding market.

The escalating global demand for freshwater resources poses significant challenges to sustainable agricultural practices. This systematic review examines the influence of inorganic ions' concentration in wastewater on crop yields under fertigation, with a particular focus compliance recommendations FAO water quality standards. reveals that key nutrients, such as nitrates (NO₃-) and phosphates (PO₄3-), largely meet established thresholds, while sodium (Na+) potassium (K+) frequently exceed permissible levels, threatening productivity, especially salinity-sensitive species. Additionally, study explores effects nutrient variability performance across different soil types cultivation environments. Statistical analyses were performed assess chemical composition their correlation yields. findings emphasize critical need adapt fertigation practices specific characteristics environmental conditions optimize benefits reuse.

Biostimulants play an active role in sustainable crop production. While biostimulants are thought to have long-term effects on plant growth, little research has been conducted confirm this hypothesis. In study, we investigated the residual of applied exclusively during onion seedling stage subsequent growth. Three cultivars (‘Carta Blanca’, ‘Don Victoro’, and ‘Sofire’) were evaluated with application nine microbial (LALRISE Mycorrhizae, LALRISE Bacillus velezensis, Mighty MycoApply, Spectrum, Spectrum DS, Myco, Tribus Original, Continuum), one seaweed extract (Kelpak), two fertilizer types (conventional organic fertilizer). Plant morphology biomass early bulb Parameters such as height, neck diameter, fresh dry weights shoot, bulb, root measured. The results indicated significant cultivar-specific biostimulant type, well their interactions, exhibited minimal impact, specific biostimulants, Mycorrhizae significantly enhanced growth red ‘Sofire’. Continuum was found increase yellow Victoro’. Positive also observed Mycorrizae. Furthermore, demonstrated more positive when conjunction fertilizer. conclusion, even solely prior transplanting. However, these influenced by cultivar greatest benefits combined We recommend MycoApply for growers seeking enhance productivity, particularly cultivation, products leaf ‘Sofire’

Abstract The study aims to investigate the effects of various organic amendments and bio-stimulants on soil fertility, plant growth, yield in Capsicum annuum (chilli) cultivation. objective was evaluate efficacy these treatments as sustainable alternatives conventional chemical fertilizers. Ten were applied, including combinations such farmyard manure (FYM), vermicompost, poultry manure, like Panchagavya, Fish amino acid, Egg alongside control treatment recommended dose fertilizers (RDF) at a 30:60:30 NPK ratio. tested included FYM, each combined with different 3G extract 3%. results revealed that T₈ (Poultry @ 6 t ha⁻¹ + acid 3% 3%) most effective, achieving highest fresh fruit (6809 kg/ha) dry (1224.64 kg/ha). It also improved key quality parameters ascorbic (141.50 mg/100g), total soluble solids (10.95 °Brix), calcium content (45.00 mg/100g). Organic significantly enhanced health by increasing carbon content, nutrient availability, microbial activity, while reducing stress markers proline. In contrast, (RDF NPK) showed inferior performance yield, health. These findings suggest combination offers promising alternative fertilizers, promoting agricultural practices improve both crop productivity environmental resilience. Future research should focus optimizing inputs for broader applications.

A transformation is needed in agricultural production to satisfy the growing population-based increased food demands and overcome safety challenges while supporting human health preservation of natural resources. Improving sustainable practices essential for developing a long-term resilient economy. This systematic review with meta-analyses aims overview agriculture’s progress, trends, future opportunities, focusing primarily on integrating novel technologies into recently prevailing operations. As basis, an extensive literature search was conducted, identifying nearly 45,000 records related closely various dimensions agriculture. Out these, based thorough selection process, 291 were included further evaluations. The temporal distribution content analyses indicated improvement number papers spectrum addressed aspects. analysis publications revealed that most traditional farming focus mass cannot deal interrelated sustainability challenges. On other hand, consider sustainability’s environmental, economic, social aspects, thereby preserving environmental economic viability well-being. integrative assessment this study suggests adopting novel, innovative can achieve significant progress toward sustainability. At same time, broad range limitations are listed, which widely hinder penetration initiatives. To eliminate these barriers, consistent policy regulations required, targeting specific problems, alongside complex, education-based support system, boosting initiatives green transition
