All-for-one tourism represents a pivotal strategy to facilitate the transformation and enhancement of sector promote coordinated development economy society within contemporary context China. Since its introduction by Ministry Culture Tourism in 2016, governments at all levels have actively promoted all-for-one with remarkable results. Xinjiang Production Construction Corps (XPCC), unique governance system Xinjiang, is rich natural cultural resources has achieved specific results developing tourism. Nevertheless, it also faces outstanding problems low level insufficient motivation. Therefore, this study focused on XPCC as research area established an evaluation index assess across three dimensions: potential, benefit, format. Subsequently, comprehensive analysis was conducted regarding level, spatial distribution characteristics, coupling coordination mechanisms among these dimensions, classification destinations. The show that (1) XPCC’s four major regions unbalanced development, revealing disparities divisions. (2) Spatial shows Tianshan North Slope advantageous, while southern border areas are disadvantageous. (3) degree spans stages, significant differences distribution. (4) destinations can be categorized into types: industrial integration-driven, economic social-driven, advantageous resource-driven. Accordingly, optimization strategies for were proposed: integrating optimize supply, enhancing infrastructure improve services, deepening integration, strengthening brand building, (5) promoting regional cooperation. These provide insights optimizing similar regions.

Water and land resources (WLR) are the most important basic for social economic development. The effective alignment of WLR is crucial maximizing resource utilization promoting sustainable regional This study focuses on Western Jilin Province (WJP), China, employing degree coupling coordination model, spatial autocorrelation, center gravity transfer model to assess characterize spatio-temporal differentiation patterns water matching from 2006 2020. Five indicators—annual average temperature (AAT), urbanization rate (UR), population density (PD), reclamation (RR), (WRUR)—were selected as influencing factors. A Tobit was constructed elucidate driving mechanisms behind evolution (CCD) in WJP. results indicate following: (1) From a temporal perspective, WJP has shown year-on-year increase 2020, transitioning moderate imbalance intermediate coordination, reflecting trend continuous improvement. (2) Regarding distribution, overall remained relatively stable between 2020; however, direction distribution gradually shifted northeast southwest then northwest southeast. (3) AAT, PD, RR 2020 were all statistically significant at p < 0.01. Notably, positively influences CCD WLR, whereas AAT PD exert negative impact. In contrast, UR WRUR do not significantly affect WLR.
