An Analysis of the Pathways for Enhancing Green Total Factor Productivity in Livestock Industry Listed Companies: A Study Based on Dynamic QCA

Improving
the
green
total
factor
productivity
(GTFP)
of
publicly
listed
companies
in
livestock
sector
is
essential
for
achieving
sustainable
and
high-quality
development
China’s
agricultural
industry.
This
study
proposes
an
integrated
analysis
framework
advancement
GTFP,
focusing
on
internal
resource
allocation
external
business
environment
configurations.
Using
panel
data
from
32
covering
period
2016
to
2021,
we
apply
dynamic
qualitative
comparative
(QCA)
necessary
condition
(NCA)
methodologies
explore
configuration
pathways
multiple
factors
that
influence
aiming
identify
mechanisms
drive
these
companies.
The
findings
reveal
individual
antecedent
conditions
are
not
high
firms.
Rather,
jointly
facilitate
GTFP
enhancement,
resulting
three
distinct
configurational
share
equivalence
“diverse
leading
same
objective”.
Over
time,
consistency
level
each
pathway
fluctuates
above
0.94,
demonstrating
their
stability
over
period.
In
terms
companies,
explanatory
power
remains
uniform
across
enterprises,
exhibiting
no
significant
differences.

Based
on
endogenous
growth
theory
and
technological
innovation
theory,
this
paper
uses
panel
data
from
30
provinces
in
China
2011
to
2022
investigate
the
impact
of
digital
village
construction
agricultural
green
total
factor
productivity
(AGTFP).
AGTFP
was
measured
by
EBM-GML
method,
mediated
effects
heterogeneity
analysis

its
