Based on endogenous growth theory and technological innovation theory, this paper uses panel data from 30 provinces in China 2011 to 2022 investigate the impact of digital village construction agricultural green total factor productivity (AGTFP). AGTFP was measured by EBM-GML method, mediated effects heterogeneity analysis were used reveal its conduction pathway. The findings are as follows: (1) showed an overall upward trend during sample period, most peaked 2018. Among them, index value eastern coastal (such Tianjin Beijing) is between 1.059 1.129, maintaining leading position. western region fluctuates greatly; e.g., Qinghai Province 0.915 1.047. (2) Digital significantly improves promoting technology progress (coefficient 0.105, significant at 5% level) but has no technical efficiency. (3) Agricultural informatization 0.040, rural human capital 0.115, important intermediary channels for affect AGTFP. (4) Regional that effect 0.151, southern 0.170, 1% more significant. main producing areas 0.113, also promoted research results, it suggested promotion application be strengthened, land transfer system improved, information platform built, regional differentiated development strategies implemented.

Improving the green total factor productivity (GTFP) of publicly listed companies in livestock sector is essential for achieving sustainable and high-quality development China’s agricultural industry. This study proposes an integrated analysis framework advancement GTFP, focusing on internal resource allocation external business environment configurations. Using panel data from 32 covering period 2016 to 2021, we apply dynamic qualitative comparative (QCA) necessary condition (NCA) methodologies explore configuration pathways multiple factors that influence aiming identify mechanisms drive these companies. The findings reveal individual antecedent conditions are not high firms. Rather, jointly facilitate GTFP enhancement, resulting three distinct configurational share equivalence “diverse leading same objective”. Over time, consistency level each pathway fluctuates above 0.94, demonstrating their stability over period. In terms companies, explanatory power remains uniform across enterprises, exhibiting no significant differences. expands scope GTFP-related research advances application QCA method. It also provides enlightenment policymakers refine sectoral regulations seeking strategies improve GTFP.
