Diante
disto,
esse
estudo
tem
como
objetivo
avaliar
percepção
dos
estudantes
Engenharia
da
Universidade
Federal
Paraíba,
relação
às
diferentes
aplicações
frutas
hortaliças.

desenvolvido

implementação
projeto
extensão,
postagens
elaboradas
divulgadas
nas
redes
sociais
por
período
8
meses
conteúdos
área
tecnológica,
focando
no
desenvolvimento
novos
produtos
sustentáveis
aplicações.
Após
isso,
questionário
aplicado
coletar
dados
o
trabalho.
Através
análise
das
respostas
obtidas,
possível
identificar
que
os
alunos
possuem
grau
considerável
conhecimento
sobre
essas
práticas
sustentáveis.

afirmam
não
existem
nem

recorrentemente.
